Shipping
Where do you ship?

Across the US and worldwide. International orders show live rates at checkout, any customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

How much is shipping?

US orders ship free over $50; under that it's a flat $8. International rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are.

When will my order ship?

Everything's made in small batches, so give us 3 to 5 business days to pack and send it from Atlanta. You'll get a tracking number the moment it's on its way.

Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We just ask that they come back the way they left, clean, no wear, no smoke.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email softrotclothing@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size, and we'll send you the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Size exchanges are on us. We'll send you a prepaid label. For refunds, return shipping is on you.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is back with us and we've looked it over, we refund your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Can I swap for a different size?

If the size you want is still in stock, absolutely, just email us. Our runs are small, so sizes do sell out; if it's gone, we'll figure out the best option together.

My order arrived damaged or wrong, what now?

That's on us. Email softrotclothing@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
